After serving 6 years in the United States Air Force, Jake began his law enforcement career of 20+ years at the LaPorte County Sheriff’s Office (IN) where he has worked in a variety of Divisions. Jake has served 11 years on the Sheriff’s Office Emergency Response Team where he became a less-than-lethal instructor and sniper. He has been a part of the Indiana Department of Homeland Security Strike Team and a FAA Part 107 Public Safety pilot since 2020. Jake developed the UAS Program for the LaPorte County Sheriff’s Office where he serves as the Program Manager.
